The crowd has waited long enough for the vibrations and the time is now. X-amount brings you flavor the only way Jamaica would have it, uncontained and classified in a league of its own.

As a well groomed Singjay Artiste, X-amount brings you dancehall, roots, culture & lover's rock with one original sound. Ensuring that a solid foundation was laid, X-amount’s father introduced him to the sounds of Bob Marley, Dennis Brown, Steel Pulse & Gregory Isaacs just to name a few.

In 1993, X-amount completed his first recordings and began performing in New York where he was born. While most people underestimate his ability, Jamaica has already embraced the young artiste gaining him performances and interviews alike. Regardless of the talk, his approach is quite simple; penetrate the streets and make the club doors shake. Over the past several years, X-amount has become well known on an international level, gaining clientele in Slovakia for his groundbreaking dubplates.

His current release- PowerPack: The Structure of Black Indian is creating a hot sizzle. The 15 song mixtape was released in Port Antonio, Jamaica mid March 2010. Now available in the U.S., X-amount continues to carry the torch and blaze the fire strong.

From Jamaica to Brooklyn, X-amount has established a solid stream of credibility & respect. His delivery is tight and the message is clear, there is more to his name than the hype that surrounds it.
